Jun. 22--The Prudential America West Real Estate office in Bakersfield ranked fourth out of 1,200 offices in the nationwide Prudential Real Estate network for the highest total of closed residential transactions.
The office was ranked second within the five-state Pacific Region of 239 offices in California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and Alaska, and it ranked first in California, broker John Garone reported.
The office has more than 100 agents and has been serving Kern County for 15 years.
In addition, 35 of the sales associates won awards for individual accomplishments.
Those include Sandy Segrest, Louis Duarte, Louise Juracek, Gail Malouf, Garry Kornbau, Kati Mena, Marilyn McIndoe, Mandy Muth, Theresa Olson, Vanda Phillips.
Cleta Bird, Debbie Craig, Jan Fisher, Jean Gleim, Donna Hinds, Joe Incardone, Dave Long, Judy Perkins, Coleen Peters, Judy Ryder.
Phil Jordan, Pam Zulfa, Rhonda Canady, Don Cohen, Mary Cole, Carol Davidson, Ricki Jagger, Sarah Keel, Victoria Louie, Pama Mosier.
Rick Musselman, Mary Ortiz, Charan Sihota, Shirley Swayne and Steve Thurman.
Segrest was the top sales associate at the office; Duarte was in the top 1 percent of all 34,000 Prudential network agents, and Juracek and Malouf were in the top 3 percent of all Prudential agents.
